Airbag module reset and repair service for SRS control module with the part number 1394332080 commonly found fitted to Fiat Ducato, Citroen Relay and Peugeot Boxer. We remove the stored crash data from your module, turning off the airbag warning light enabling you to reuse the unit without having to buy an expensive new SRS module from the main dealers.
We also can repair your module if it has internal error, commonly caused by a flat battery. We see a lot of these modules from Ducato motor home owners after they have been parked up for extended periods and the starter battery has gone low. Many are advised from the Main Dealers that they require a new module, but this isn’t the case. We successfully repair these SRS modules on a weekly basis throughout the year (even more frequent at the start of the season) with same day turnaround. We have been informed that some have been quoted as high as £750 for the replacement of this module by the Main Dealers, we charge a flat fee of just £70 for the repair.

Quick turn round, excellent service.
after starting motorhome air bag warning light stayed on. we had not crashed and air bags had not been deployed. took vehicle to local garage who did tests and came back with an error code b0100 srs control module internal fault stored unable to clear. I looked on internet to see how much new ones cost when I came across Crash Data who offered repairs. sent module to them with the fault info. it came back within 2 days with a report stating high voltage 14.4v and told me to check battery was in good condition and holding charge. I bought a battery and alternator tester from halfords £13 and when I checked the battery the lights only lit up to fair even though the battery using my volt meter said 12.4v. the battery was 4 and half years old so I took there advice and bought new battery. put module back into motorhome everything back to normal. would recommend giving them a try thanks to the people at Crash Data.
Fast and efficient service! Posted the unit on the Monday and received an e-mail the next day to confirm that the unit had been re-set and sent back. The unit was received on the Wednesday with the problem all resolved.
I ‘phoned CrashData last Thursday regarding the permanent airbag error on my ECU. I told them the error code (equating to low battery voltage) and they advised that they should be able to repair the ECU. As I live less than an huour from Liverpool, I took the ECU over to them on Friday morning and they advised that they would ‘phone me when it was ready. About 3 hours later they telephoned to say the ECU was repaired and tested and we agreed that they would send it back by tracked post. It arrived mid morning on Saturday – now that is what I call excellent service! They also included some advice on ensuring that the battery was fully charged and holding charge before re-installing the ECU. Sound advice to prevent a repeat of the problem.
The bill for £92 including the postage was a far cry from what a Peugeot dealer would have charged to replace it. CrashData are highly recommended by me.
I highly recommend the service CrashData offer. They sorted the error code, sent a printout of the log showing the fault which they had cleared and thereby reset the unit. They also gave me an indication of what had caused the error – an over voltage of 14.3V. All in 24 hours of it leaving my hands. Royal Mail took 48 hours to return the SRS ECU to me even though CrashData had paid for a 24 hour return service. The unit was reinstalled in the Peugeot Boxer motorhome and is working perfectly.
Great service and turn round time.
Crashdata were excellent form the initial phone call for advise on removing the module to a really fast turnaround on the repair and it repair
