We have a PO Box set up for several reasons.....

• The address is much shorter therefore easier and quicker for customers to address their package without errors.
• Our address always stays the same no matter if we move, We have alot of return business which we have built up over many years of trading and most customers don't use the website or even phone us any more! They simply throw a business card in with the modules they require repairing and write "75, Liverpool, L14 6WY" on the package.
• We take a lot of calls every day from new customers were English isn't their first language, 3 short lines for the address is much easier to spell out.
• Our deliveries come at a set time on the van at 0830 all bundled up to bulk sign for and also at 1130, enabling us to get all the modules that day repaired and repackaged up before they are collected to sent back out to you that evening.
