I sent the old box to crash data and had a new one fitted on the van 4 days later without visiting a garage, fabulous service.
My old Airbag Sensor was examined and unfortunately was unable to be reset. A new one was dispatched which arrived quickly. An excellent service.

My 2013 Peugeot Boxer developed an unrepairable fault with the airbag module requiring the module to be replaced. The staff at Crash Data were extremely helpful and gave me a number of options to choose from. I chose a new unit and to have it coded to my vehicle. The new unit arrived the following day and I refitted it to the van and was up and running straight away. Many thanks.
Crash Data were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and informative when I had an issue with the airbag warning light on my motorhome. They gave me advice and kept me informed at every stage of the repair (or, in my case, replacement and re-coding) Very professional.
Sent off my ECU for repair after airbag failure light came on.Unfortunately unit was beyond repair and was offered 4 options as Alternative. I elected to go for a new replacement with a 2 year guarantee which was £200 cheaper than main dealers.Throughout the transaction I felt confident that the Alternative deals on offer represented good value .Fitted new unit which works perfectly and am happily back on the road.

Sent off the unit after it had just failed for no reason, no crash no flat battery etc. Unfortunately CD couldn’t get it to interact with their software hence a new unit being dispatched, all with a week. Yes expensive but had to be done.
I sent my module for repair, unfortunately I had to have a new one.. It was programmed to my van and works well. A great team of workers and a fantastic service.
