Wow, what a fantastic service you provide. My kia went wrong three weeks after the warranty ran out, they wanted £650 to replace the airbag module but said it’s a 6 month wait for the part so your ability to repair my existing module in two days was incredible.

Very helpful information prior to ordering. I had been to 3 different garages and problem could not be found, waiting time 6 months + for a new order ECU. Sent to crash data returned 24 hours later fixed and cheaper than the cost of replacement. Would 100% recommend.
Had an issue with the airbag light constantly illuminated. A diagnostic scan could not read any of the SRS / airbag systems so I decided to send the airbag ECU to crash data. The vehicle had not been in any accident and no airbags had been deployed. I was a little skeptical and unsure if this procedure would work. Removed the module from the the centre console and posted out on a Monday. £180+ vat paid online and instructions about where to post etc where provided. Received the module back on Wednesday and placed back into the car. No more airbag light on the dash !!! Really happy with the service provided and speed in which the fault was repaired and I’m confident that come MOT time I won’t have any issues.
we dropped the ecu off as it was near our house. they did their checks and informed us that the ec was fine. they didnt have to do that they could have said they had to repair it. but they didnt. we got the ecu back the next day. a truelly honest and helpful service. the lady taking my initial call couldnt have been more helpful with my questions, that she had probably heard a thousand times before, but she answered them politely and knowledgable. they only charged my for the check, which was another bonus. I couldnt recommend this company enough.

I posted my faulty box to the company on the MONDAY afternoon and got it back on the Wednesday afternoon on the same week . Faulty Kia SRS module with no comms was replaced/recoded and shipped back in full working order. Crashdata received the faulty module on Tuesday and I had it back and installed the next day with no problems.

My Kia Picanto had an airbag fault (red light) and No Comms with airbag ECU. I sent the unit to Crashdata on Thursday afternoon for next day delivery and received it back on Saturday fully repaired, tested and working. It was plug and play refitted in minutes and works a treat. Highly recommended. Even though my repair was one of the more expensive options it still saved me hundreds of pounds against Kia prices.
