I had been driving around with the SRS alarm message contemplating what to do. Finally I bought an analyse which displayed an internal fault on the unit which could not be reset. Further research took me to Crash Data. Following their instruction I removed the unit. mailed it 24 hour delivery Monday am. Wednesday midday post delivery of the SRS unit. re-installed and all alarm conditions had cleared. Thank you for your brilliant service

Great service highly recommended. A fellow C30 owner suggested CrashData after a simple fault, the dreaded CFFF airbag urgent service required code. Stripped it out myself, booked it in with CrashData and sent it off, they let me know it was on its way back and it arrived with an advice note on the fault. Poor battery voltage caused the code error. So fitted a new battery to be sure and the module and hey presto, no more fault code! Saves me a fortune and can now pass its MOT!

I had the airbag light showing on my dash and my central locking didn’t work. I stripped out my center console and removed my airbag module sent it off to crashdata. After crashdata reset my module my car began to work again. They offered a brilliant, affordable and super quick service. I would definitely recommend to other Volvo users and friends.
I had a miserable search on the net, because not even the local brand dealer (Volvo) could help me with my airbag module with the errors SRS-CFFF and SRS-005.
Crash-data already answered my questions by mail within one day BEFORE I placed an order. So I sent my module away and got it back perfectly repaired after almost 10 days. Super service, people! The transport and the EU customs duties doubles the price easily, but it is still absolutely great. Thank you very much, I hope I never see this unspeakable airbag indicator light again.

The service was absolutely painless and smooth. I did speak to the company before placing the order on their website as I live close to their premises and wanted to be clear on the procedure. I dropped off my module in the morning and the team rang me back early afternoon when the unit was ready, picked it up and fitted into my Volvo C30 all back and working and no need to go back to the Volvo dealer for reprogramming into the car as it was the original unit.
The local independent Volvo dealer had quoted me £1,600+vat to replace the faulty module (obviously it wasn’t faulty) and programme the car to accept the new unit. Very difficult to trust anyone in the motor trade these days.
Crashdata removed the erroneous data from the module, caused by low voltage from my car battery and car is sorted.
